「アート空間で楽しむ焼肉」。焼肉トラジの田町店は、そんな一風変わったコンセプトを持つお店です。店内には、ご覧の通り箔を貼ったパネルがずらり。全席が個室、あるいは半個室となっているのも特徴で、非常に贅沢な気分で食事を楽しむことができる他にはない店舗です。こちらで使用したのは、歴清社と中川ケミカルの技術を融合させて作った「洋金箔シート」、「真鍮箔シート」、「純銀箔シート」、「銅箔シート」の4種類。これだけふんだんに箔を使用し贅沢な空間を演出できるのは、この特殊な技術があってこそ。通常、箔は経年変化により変色がしやすいですが、シートにすることでその魅力を長く保つことを可能にしています。大事な人と過ごす時間を、より贅沢に。人生の楽しみをもっと豊かなものにする仕掛けが、ここにはあります。

“Yakiniku enjoyed in an art space.” This may sound unconventional, but it is exactly what Yakiniku Toraji Tamachi-ten aims for. As you can see, all of the walls of the restaurant are made with panels covered in gorgeous metal leaf. Another feature that makes this restaurant unique is that all seats are in private or semi-private compartments, which allows you to enjoy your meal in a lavish atmosphere. The metallic wall panels were made with four kinds of leaf foil sheets: golden brass, brass, silver, and copper. These sheets were produced with a special technology achieved through collaboration with Nakagawa Chemical. If it were not for this special technology, this extravagant space using such a generous amount of metal leaf would not have come into reality. Ordinary metal leaf tends to change color as it ages, but we succeeded in extending the life of our leaf by constructing special sheets. Adding a more opulent feeling to the precious time you spend with your beloved ones—that is what we aimed for with this decor. We hope that this restaurant will be one of the things that make your life even richer and full of joy.
